How can i control my anger?
Does anyone know any good methods to help ease my anger. Im angry EVERY day no matter what, its driving me mad

I punch walls all the time and chuck things because i don't want to hurt people

and i always think to myself, shall i hurt myself, people or break things.

I also suffer from depression so maybe thats whats causing it. I get so bad iknowt know whats going on and my mind goes blank

Please help.
